These Terms of Service govern use of the Elev8d Designs Hosting & Domain Services portal and related domain, shared hosting, email, SSL, account, and support services provided to current and approved clients.

Private Client Portal

This website is not intended to operate as an open public registrar or public hosting marketplace. Domain registration, hosting, transfers, renewals, and support services may be limited to clients, partner organizations, ministries, businesses, and projects approved by Elev8d Designs.

Service Requests

Submitting a form or request does not guarantee service approval, pricing, availability, domain availability, hosting availability, transfer completion, or account activation. Elev8d Designs may review each request before accepting, invoicing, registering, transferring, configuring, or provisioning services.

Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS changes, and related actions depend on registrar rules, registry availability, client approval, accurate information, payment status, and applicable provider requirements. Domain names are generally registered or renewed through third-party registrar systems, and registrar or registry terms may also apply.

Clients are responsible for reviewing spelling, extension selection, ownership information, renewal timing, and transfer details before domain-related actions are completed.

Hosting Services

Hosting services may depend on third-party hosting infrastructure, shared hosting tools, server resources, cPanel/WHM tools, security systems, email systems, and related provider rules. Resource limits, performance, storage, bandwidth, backups, uptime, support, and available features may vary by plan, provider, configuration, and client need.

SSL Certificates and Security Options

Websites hosted through Elev8d Designs include Let's Encrypt SSL when supported by the domain and hosting configuration. Additional SSL certificates, specialized SSL needs, or VPS/VPN-related service options may require separate pricing, setup, approval, and provider terms.

Email Services

Email service availability may vary by account, domain, provider, and selected service model. Elev8d Designs may recommend or configure cPanel email, registrar-connected email, hosted email, or third-party business email options depending on client needs.

Billing and Payment

Pricing may be listed for general guidance and may change based on domain extension, provider cost, renewal cost, hosting configuration, support level, taxes, fees, or client-specific requirements. Services may require payment before activation, renewal, transfer, or continued support.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining secure passwords, monitoring renewal notices, reviewing service details, keeping contact information current, complying with applicable laws, and using services in a lawful and appropriate manner.

Suspension or Refusal of Service

Elev8d Designs may refuse, suspend, limit, or discontinue services when necessary due to nonpayment, inaccurate information, abuse, security risk, provider restrictions, legal concerns, policy violations, or activity that may harm clients, systems, providers, or the public.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Elev8d Designs works to provide reliable service through reputable providers; however, internet services, domain systems, hosting platforms, email systems, DNS propagation, third-party tools, and provider networks may experience interruptions, delays, maintenance windows, or failures outside direct control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elev8d Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or related services. Client remedies may be limited to correction, re-performance, service adjustment, or account review where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as services, providers, tools, pricing, or operational practices change. The updated date above reflects the latest posted version.
